General information about myself with a bit of a personal touch:

I’m in the process of finishing up my doctoral dissertation in the area of e-business. I have a wonderful family; a husband, who is also a technologist, a son in college and a daughter in high school. We are life long owners of English Springer Spaniels and currently own two, one of whom was adopted from ESS rescue. We are an athletic family and our activities include lots of basketball and regular trips to the gym. When time allows, we like to mountain bike and snowboard. I am a former girl’s travel soccer and t-ball coach. I have served on many committees in support of my community, particularly with regard to high school athletics. We enjoy watching college and pro sports. I like all kinds of music including rap/hip hop, R&B and alternative rock. I highly regard mutual respect, integrity and ethical behavior both in and out of the classroom. I deeply value my family and friends.
